that they are presently going through the motions and you make the exact correct point down below that this is a Fram oil filter deal. Comcast can pay some now in hopes of easing negotiations in the future or they will probably take it in the shorts in two years when it comes time to renegotiate the omnibus contract with all the Disney properties. Over the period between now and the omnibus contract negotiations there will be limited windows where negotiations might represent more than going through the motions, primarily the beginning of basketball and football seasons but, outside of that there is little motivation for Comcast to come to the table. As below par as the ACC is this year in hoops also doesn't give much leverage to push Comcast and if football doesn't show some signs of life, outside Clemson, there will not be much additional leverage there. The final piece of leverage, subscribers walking away, is also diminished the farther away they get from the initial launch date.
