Even if too many recruits are leaving the state, there may not be anything the coaching staff can do differently to change it. If that is the case, then is it fair for fans to hold the coaching staff to an impossible standard? The impossible standard being that a state has 100% of its recruits attend a college/university within the state. It may even be unrealistic to expect 90% of the recruits from a state to attend a college/university within the state.
