With ESPN all but shut out of the Mountain and Pacific time zones, I wonder if they will try to incentivize the Big 12 into a western expansion with their offer? Though, it would have to be MWC programs, as absolutely no one is leaving the PAC for the Big 12. Also, could possibly free-up West Virginia to slide over to you all - as no one wants a conference that spans 3-4 time zones, and ESPN would have the ACC and (theoretically) the Big 12.
