That is part of the job of having a leadership role


It is up to Hamilton to be the boss of the Defense. That means listening to his other coaches for input and also telling them his decisions and what he wants them to do. It's no different than any Fortune 50 company. Good leaders will succeed by building and running a solid team of other leaders under them who then run the work. There will always be personality clashes, but if the team is built and run well then it won't matter for results.
