Directv lowered my overall price by $50 a month by giving me their 12 month "loyalty" discount. When it goes up again next August, I will ditch them then. I think I can get everything I need from Suddenlink, who I have to have for my IP anyway.

Streaming, is always a threat to be a hit or miss possibility for me, regardless of who provides my streaming. That's one of the reasons I like having the option to watch ACCN over Direct TV Satellite in case he streaming is acting up. It's gotten more reliable than it used to be, and today it was perfect, but I don't think Directv had anything to do with that. When I have streaming issues they are always either an issue with the wifi signal or a slow down in the internet speed. But it does seem that I always have to sign back in every couple weeks or so for my ACCN/NX, so I've learned to check for that ahead of time for when I plan to watch our games.
