Cooler definitely. Link from Virtual Weber Bullet with instructions


The Virtual Weber Bullet has lots of practical BBQ techniques. Especially helpful if you actually have a weber bullet (offically the weber smokey mountain).

Forgot to add, that after wrapping the butt, brisket, etc, I place it in a disposable foil pan so that any grease that leaks doesn't get on the towels.
