Makes OOC obsolete.

Which is fine if you break up either the ACC OR Big XII and expand the Pac12, SEC and B1G. Make Notre Dame pick a conference or freeze them out.

I'm not in favor of this necessarily, but if you want the CGs to be de-facto quarter-final games, divisions need to be bigger and better.
