Go to the "per weight" version of the rankings. For example, if you're on this page: https://www.wrestlestat.com/rankings/starters, then under each of the weight tabs, there should be 2 buttons/links, one for "All Starters for {Weight}", and "All Wrestlers for {Weight}". Each of those pages will allow you to further filter to the conference.

I'll link one page as an example below, "All Wrestlers for 125", filtered to ACC conference.
