He beat one good guy and doesn't have the resume to jump past the top 13 guys based on typical Pyles ranking logic.

Big upset wins happen, but they don't propel guys that high. See Ethan Smith when he beat Dave last week. Dave fell 2 spots, Smith moved up but stayed in the teens.

CKLV will drop a bomb on the 184 rankings, so they are probably waiting on that before bumping Brands back down. But for now it makes Iowa fans happy and positions them solidly over PSU in their projected teams scores.
