People forget this kid wasn’t a world beater in high school which was just a couple of years ago. Bolen was ranked ahead of him at 160 their senior years. In high school he was very sloppy, but had great athleticism and instincts. Since he’s been at tech he’s improved x1000. Everyone sees how good he’s going to be and is in a hurry to see him be there. It takes time and a few beatings.

I did like that he was trying to be the aggressor and not trying to rely on his opponent to make mistakes. The way he was winning last year wasn’t sustainable. People will stop attacking him so he needs to be able to attack.
