I think the key is that they match. Seems like they ultimately accepted.

It's a security matter. They will and should err on the side of caution. That's the point of the process, correct?

And if you have to wait 2 hours, you should find another location if possible. The last 3 trips I made, they were calling my number before I could fill out the form.
