Freestyle question concerning CLUB relationships


A number of high profile wrestlers (i.e. Ty Walz) are associated with different CLUBs with Titan Mercury Wrestling as an example YET live, work and train in other areas of the country. What is their association? How does it work? Advantages?? Wrestler paid or has to pay a fee?? TIA
