I don't know why Brent gets so much credit for showing you can recruit and win in Blacksburg. It's like everyone forgot about Seth's program during his prime years here. I get that Brent took us to three straight dances. One could argue that Seth would have had he not gotten screwed several times. Fact is, recency bias has masked what is/was our best 5 year stretch in school history. Seth may have been an a-hole, but IMO, he's the one who proved you could recruit and win here.
