and the making heads spin and reducing buy in is certainly a valid concern. I see a lot of benefit in the stability and identity of a single philosophy, however, if players are capable of handling then the flexibility of multiple alternatives could be advantageous to specific team match ups. As far as the choice for VT goes this year I think the question really boils down to whether potential additional wins or competitive performances gives you more rewards than the cost of delaying implementation of a long term strategy creates. I harbor no illusions of a lot of wins just excited to see how things actually develop.
