Yep, just googling yesterday, a 5-10 million investment in a wrestling

facility and venue is small yet worth so much in today's facility arms race environment. Ohio State spent 7.5 million on theirs after winning the title in 2015. "Small" investments like this will probably go further on the VT AD budget and VT fan giving. Easier to raise 5 mil than 50 mil.
IMO, the largest glaring gap in the AD is no long range master athletics plan. When I was looking at MIchigan and Ohio State yesterday among others, what struck me was they all referred to their plans and "athletic campuses". There was a planned structure to where facilities were and how they supported the different sports. As a fan and donator, that would be so nice to be able to go to the internet site for VT (if we have or had one) and look at the plans, the development, where things fit, where our money is going to, how we are going to keep up and even achieve championships, etc... Heck, even the College of Charleston had a 20K facility plan in the 4-8 mil range that came up googling.
