I'm moving to Blacksburg in 2020 and looked at pretty much every upper-end home on the market online before ultimately deciding to build. We don't really want to spend $2M+ on a house, so didn't consider either coach's house. But if that's your budget, it wouldn't take very long to visit every $2M house on the market in Blacksburg -- you can hit both of them, then have a nice long lunch, and then hit the now-$1.9M Beamer house in the early afternoon. While posting only outside pictures isn't ideal, just having the listing up lets people know the property is available.
