I have lived in Oklahoma the last 27 years; and I can tell you from the time Mack Brown was at Texas he REALLY puts emphasis on games with neighboring (recruiting) rivals. Despite several years of mediocre records at Texas towards the end of his tenure Texas always played Oklahoma and TCU (which was good at the time) really tough even if they then lost to a bad team the game before or game after. They'll run trick plays, whatever it takes. I guarantee you he will really work his kids this week in practice to give 110% against Tech. Fu and his staff had better be ready!
Also, I wish someone would show CBF a clip of Mack last year, on ABC's college fb broadcast, after we lost to ODU. He went after Bud by name, saying that the great defenses of VT in the past no longer mattered and that Bud needs to be judged by what he does now. I took it as definitely a shot at Bud. Maybe seeing it would fire Bud (and his staff and defense) up a little.
