Seth called it like it is during the ACC men's basketball preview when interviewed on P&D:

"Here's the deal.. I am a huge Mike Young fan. I think he is not a good guy he is a great guy. He's a terrific coach.

He understands the geographic footprint that he is coaching in. He's a Radford guy. He's not going to take shortcuts.

He's fiercely competitive. People look at Mike Young and (think) 'he's just a good ole boy.' That dude is fiercely competitive.

Buzz Williams hijacked their whole recruiting class. Let's tell it the way it is. He recruited those guys with one foot in and one foot out when he was going to Texas A&M. Let's be truthful about the thing.

So he's got a total rebuild. Is there enthusiasm? Yeah, there's no doubt there's enthusiasm.

But people need to be patient, because the team that he left behind was not the team he should have left behind. Plain and simple."
