I look at it from both sides. We would be irate if that was called on us if we were in Furman’s position.

It was a poor way to end a well fought battle in my opinion. That’s all I’m saying. It felt like the refs stepped in and said, “okay guys, enough is enough. Furman, you had your fun, but now it’s time to let the big boys win.”

I don’t really care either way, because we obviously needed to win the game, but I would’ve liked to see how our defense would’ve performed in that situation with that pressure. It would’ve been great experience for down the road, IMHO.
