I think the Hoos are the only Coastals playing up to their abilities.

But their talent is limited, so they could easily drop a game to anyone else in the Coastal. There just isn't anyone you can point to as the "best team in the Coastal."

Take Miami as a prime example. They looked like world beaters against "top 10" UF, then lost on the road to UNC. Doubt anyone could have predicted how they would play in either game.
