Consider me intrigued as well but seems to create as many questions as
answers. We have a full coaching staff already in place who are coaching at a high level of their profession. So is this:
1. An admission that current management isnt able to do the job and needs consulting help - in other words - improve operations of organization as a whole.
2. A move to provide some continuity in the event someone needs to go.
3. An attempt to put someone in place (who is friendly with the staff) to fill the DC since it will be difficult to hire a well respected coordinator.
4. Other guesses?
