Last year we were very young, plus we had no leadership & several cancerous elements that left the program. That's a bad combo, because if you are young PLUS have no leadership & players telling you how bad the team sucks, there is no way to improve as a team.

Those guys leave, young guys move up, making us young once again. HOWEVER, this team seems to have a bond.... they want to get better.... so I am optimistic that they CAN get better!

Look at the game Dzanzi had. First play from scrimmage was a false start. 1st & 15 right away. Later, he whiffed a block and got pulled. He tweeted later #noexcuses. I love that attitude!
