I heard Ron Jaworski on the radio recently talking about the severe shortage of good quarterbacks in the NFL. He said that once you get past the starter for most teams, you find some really unskilled quarterbacks.
I don't think it's impossible to believe Ryan Willis could land a job in the NFL. I'm not so sure he'll get drafted, but I do think he has the arm talent to get a team to take a chance on him. I think his biggest hurdle to overcome is confidence. Right now I think his fear of throwing interceptions is preventing him from playing loose and seeing the field. If he can get past that, I think he has a very high ceiling.
