Being detailed oriented is great in the right areas and in moderation, but his level of hyper focus on every single tiny point just makes his team scared to do anything, and the timidness of this program is palpable - that’s why they get the ‘soft’ and ‘weak’ comments from fans.

There’s a balance required with this stuff, and he still hasn’t displayed / learned it yet.

I think Fu is a good coach, bright, calculated, knowledgeable... just not a very good HC (CEO). We’ll see if that changes.
