So wife got a job in Norfolk, any suggestions on where to look for housing?

We are moving from Columbia, MD. Our twin boys are finishing up high school. It will be tough as I don't want to move them their senior year, and the wife will be away during the week. We will make it work.
Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!!!!
