I refused to read this board to avoid all of the "sky is falling" (maybe it has fallen?). Most of you may be aware of the player numbers per year so I prepared the following:

Red shirt Sophmores 15 13%

As you can see over half of the roster is made up of Freshmen and Red Shirt Freshmen. Any of those who are playing have played in their first 3 games at the FBS level (some RS Freshman may have played a few games last year.) Only 5% are Seniors. Having seen this information and heard the post game comments from the players it is my opinion that all is not lost. The young guys will get better each game. It definitely bodes well for the next few years.
