just guessing based on what I saw. They did trust Tre after his fumble, and that paid off. It did seem that after VT got the lead, the O play calling was oriented towards minimizing downside risk. Maybe that was appropriate given the TO margin over the last few games, and the D mostly controlling the LOS. Though I am thinking that won't fully cut it in ACC play.
