They could've found some space in the duck pond area and put $1-2 million

into War to air condition it and make a few enhancements. then we would've had 3 rec centers. shutting down War for 2-3 years is going to have a huge impact on sport clubs, intramurals, fitness classes and open recreation users. and in the end, we'll still just have 2 rec centers. but IIWII.
