Not sure if this is the right place but I have a question about ACCN extra

I am in the process of cutting the cord because Comcast refuses to get ACC Network at all. I live in Salem and that is the only cable choice I have. For the channel that I would watch most frequently either Hulu with their entertainment package or Psvue are probably my best options but I cannot seem to find anywhere that says they carry ACCN Extra. I am not very tech savvy but I feel like ACCN extra will be needed during basketball season especially. I appreciate any and all help thank you
