I have you beat on eggs, but you've got me on everything else...lol


I do about 20 eggs/week. (Five 4-egg omelets/week) Bacon is also involved...lol

No cottage cheese, and just a couple Dannon Light Greek Yogurt cups every morning. It was the only (flavored) yogurt I could find that had more protein than carbs.

I also do a Premier Protein drink every day, and that gives me another 20g of protein. My "candy bars" are now protein bars.

When I go "on program," I'll grill some type of meat for dinner every night, which is usually either a boneless, skinless chicken breast or pork tenderloin medallions. I'll occasionally buy ribeyes at Costco when they are on sale.
