Definitely. The members of Pink Floyd were clearly prescient and revealed

it in their music. The future was literally talking to them but they didn't consciously realize it. It just came out unconsciously in their music.

Or, since I did google it and the MRI was invented in 1977, I'm guessing that they just wanted a deep throbbing sound and it's just a coincidence.
