Question for you HVAC experts

OK, I need the hive to figure this out.

I had all the metal duct in my house replaced a month ago. It ran through the crawl space under the house. It was from the 70s, has asbestos in it, so I decided to have it all replaced.

It was replaced with insulated flex duct, and they hung it from the top of the crawl space.

I was under the house yesterday(cause that's where i bury bodies LOL) and I noticed a bulge in one of the flex ducts. I also noticed it was sitting on the ground itself of being suspended from the top of the crawl space.

Well, it fell due to weight...Not kidding, but it must have had 10 gallons of water in it. I looked at another one that had not fallen but had a less amount of water in it. So two sections of flex duct had water in them. A lot of water.

Where the heck is this water coming from? This isn't near anything that could be a leak to my knowledge. Is this condensation being pulled out of air by the AC, and not drained properly or something else?

Mucho gracias hive...
