WRT your third point, how is that any different than when


Oklahoma and Georgia sued the NCAA in the early 1980s because the NCAA's TV policy at the time violated antitrust laws?

Plus, just because CA wants to do things its way, it doesn't mean the other 49 states have to do things the same way. Now where things get tricky is how will the CA law interact with the NCAA bylaws (DI, DII, DIII) and the NAIA bylaws. I am assuming that CA and NCAA will eventually end up in court when the NCAA kicks out/bans from postseason play the CA schools from all 3 division levels. I am not sure about NAIA because there may not be enough school affiliated with that association to have any impact.
