Coach Beamer was the king of accessibility- there were very few, if any, coaches, that answered live fan questions- but that type of access has its price, and he took it on the chin that night. I don't think changing the TTL format was lame, but getting rid of the postgame call-in show was. That was the place to allow fans to vent, and that's part of what our media guys were/are getting paid for.
