Texas is the exact opposite. They’ve always been able to recruit talent (if you believe recruiting rankings and ‘stars’).. ..whether it was Mack, Strong or now Hermanjust haven’t been able to do anything with it in the last decade (after playing for that ‘09 season natty).

It is clearcoaching matters.
