I think being able to spend more money allows a team to do a better job of


scouting. Most of the legwork is done by the time they decide who to call on, and who isn't a fit. I'd imagine the VT's of the world waste a lot of time on players that won't work out. I picture VT being able to do little more than scan 247, rivals, etc. for recruits. That's along with hearing from friends around the region.
