Regardless of whether we are panicking, my best bet right now is that within 3 years, we will be on the carousel because Fuente doesn't appear to "get it." He brought his assistants, who don't appear to be P5 coaches. We are being out-coached, out-played, out-toughed, and out-recruited. And Fuente is jawing about how his freshman RB might could fumble in the future if he hits the ground and doesn't follow directions.... ostrich style, if you ask me.

Read B'street Eye and walk away feeling the warm and fuzzies about this coaching staff. Its not my predictions alone. People see stuff. It was easy to see the end of Beamer's career 5 years before it happened. I certainly saw it.

Unless Fuente can become a whole different person and coach, he is destined to fail in this job. Whether we want to buy him out shorter term is a different question. But he needs to fire a bunch of coaches and revamp his entire approach IMO. I could be wrong but I can't change what the Eye sees right now. And the sample sizes are getting large enough to eliminate margins of error. What he did in Memphis isn't working here, for whatever reason. Plain and simple.
