Our recruiting results this year are far below expectations given budget

And its not at all clear that money is a constraint right now at Vt. We have repeatedly heard that football can have more recruiting budget if needed. Not sure if its true; but neither are you sure that it isn't true.

I agree that we have a donation shortage in general compared to other top 25 programs. But in the recruiting realm itself, we are still under performing.
