We were ground floor, so I told my staff to let me know if they saw anyone or anything that looked suspicious outside. The structural engineers were debating whether the towers would fall. They knew the structural designers of the WTC like they were gods of the engineering world.

The younger staff were freaking out.

It was all surreal.

It was my wife's birthday. One of her brother's is on December 7th.
