It occurred to me that CMY (on the basketball side) hired two quality new assistants from quality programs when he came here and kept one who he saw has having what it takes to be successful at this level- and so far has had good success. He did not rely on Wofford assistants coming over. Fu brings his Memphis staff, doesn't hire any quality assistants from any major programs. Is it any wonder that we seem to be regressing?
