in a passive/aggressive manner the post I love vt responded to was a criticism of those thoughts, at least in my opinion. My opinion is, it is a free country and people can post or link what they wish, however, they should not get butt hurt when people question things with obvious shortcomings or errors.

Jose Simon, the letter writer is the culprit here, again in my opinion. The letter was poorly reasoned and even more poorly constructed. Various people have challenged those shortcomings across multiple boards where the letter was referenced. Maybe the guy was just having a bad day or overly emotional about something he felt wronged about, however, if that letter is a true reflection of the writer it is astounding he has been able to remain in business 40 years much less enjoy a high degree of success.
