The overall contract isn't up for nearly 2 years. Only thing they are trying to do with Comcast is add on, and apparently Comcast isn't having anything to do with it.

Short sighted strategy by Comcast, assuming they are planning on staying in the cable business, as opposed to just being an internet supplier.

The former will be a done business in two years when Disney presents the entire array of Disney owned or controlled content as one entire package which would include ACCN. And I doubt Disney would be offering them a discount since Disney holds most of the trump cards.
