Almost double, if not triple the price to fly into ROA than RDU. If you don't have hundreds of extra dollars, CLT, GSO or RDU is your airport to fly out of for Blacksburgthen over 2 hours of driving.

The same could be said for...Garfield Heights, OH. Much longer flight (b/c connection), more expensive as well. You are also much more likely to have your flight cancelled to/from ROA as well.

No one is saying this is the sole reason recruits don't come to VT, but you are ignorant to believe that VT is easier and cheaper to get to than the other ACC schools.
