Honestly, most wrestlers don’t needs Scholarships
We live in a different world wrestling wise. Unfortunately and surprisingly wrestling is an expensive sport. Unless you live in PA, OH, or NJ if a kids parents aren’t wealthy or lucky enough to live in the right spot you won’t see many rags to riches stories in wrestling. Parents gotta send their kids to all these camps $$$, RTC’s $$$, Camps $$$, tournaments all over the country $$$, and then at the Cadet and Junior level overseas $$$. Unless you’re winning state championships in one of the big wrestling states raw talent will be overlooked. So honestly I don’t see scholarship money being a huge issue. In wrestling you never really hear of guys turning down School A because they couldn’t offer as much money in scholarships as School B.
