It wasn't about.....

who has the better argument, it was about the argument and the criteria itself. The argument was a national footprint. While ND certainly has a better argument than Liberty, if Liberty were to even have an argument at all, there really isn't a true viable argument for a national footprint for a single institution, at least when it comes to pricing cable subscribers and that argument would be DOA in any carriage negotiations given the industry standard tiered pricing methodology.
