I like your second option. Makes it much easier to use.


That is how I usually freeze green peppers. I chop into the size I most often use, then freeze on a cookie sheet. once frozen, throw them into a ziplock bag. Do that with berries too. Just curious... do you wear gloves when cutting all those up?
