Since I expect a large habanero harvest this year, what's the best way...

...to preserve them? Should I freeze whole peppers?

Should I chop them into small pieces, the size I would put into my food, then freeze those pieces on a "cookie sheet?" After a day in the freezer, place those into a zip lock bag?

Another method?

I normally try to eat my way through my peppers, but this will be a banner year.

  I have a vacuum sealer, but haven't used it. -- EDGEMAN 08/14/2019 11:17AM
I like your second option. Makes it much easier to use. -- HokieSignGuy 08/14/2019 11:03AM
Nope, I just wash my hands multiple times. -- EDGEMAN 08/14/2019 11:14AM
