That year may be off by 1 or 2 but was the year that Brands redshirted all of the uber-recruits (Metcalf, Borschel, Slaton(?), etc.) so the TEAM was going to be a national force 2-3 years from that point (at least that WAS the thinking at that time).

We'll certainly have a much better record this year than that team did but finishing 2nd or 3rd in the ACC (regular season and tournament) might be our team ceiling this year. (prove me wrong boys!)

2 AAs this year (with DMF finishing top-3) and I'm satisfied. Anything else is gravy (including Mekhi making the Olympic team).

Watch out for us starting in the FALL of 2020 though....this upcoming decade is going to be an awesome ride!
