multi-viewpoint question: since he is redshirt/non-team status, can he

wrestle unattached (in open events) in order to get some non-VT training room competition, even non-olympic-training room competition? being in training and practice against same competition day after day is very, very good. but actually wrestling against an "unknown" competitor requires, imho, more alert concentration, and keeps one from even a shadow of complacency or taking any thing for granted.
