The issue is Jackson did not want to stay and compete for the starting


position. Whether that was a good or bad decision is yet to be determined. Personally, after all the hoopla regarding academics last summer, and reports of him being one of the problems in the locker room, it was probably the best decision for VT and him to transfer.
